1. Download the tool from the link below and extract the ZIP file on your computer
2. Install Spreadtrum USB drivers on your PC if you have not done that already
3. Open the extracted folder and right click on WriteIMEI.exe then select Run as Administrator
4. Click on the Setup button inside the tool window
5. Select USB mode from the connection options
6. Choose how many IMEI numbers your phone needs either 1 or 2
7. Click OK to save the setup settings
8. Enter your original IMEI numbers in IMEI1 and IMEI2 input boxes carefully
9. Power off the phone completely do not just put it on sleep
